TL;DR: AnyWebWall is free to use. Don't sell it, don't reverse engineer it, and we aren't responsible if it causes any issues with your PC (though we've worked hard to make sure it won't!).
1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the AnyWebWall desktop application and accessing our website (anywebwall.github.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.
2. License to Use
BSR Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use AnyWebWall strictly in accordance with these terms. The software is provided as freeware for personal use.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the AnyWebWall application.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the software.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright and trademark notices) of BSR Studios.
- Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
The AnyWebWall application, including without limitation all code, UI designs, proprietary `.aww` formats, and logos, are owned by BSR Studios and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
AnyWebWall is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BSR Studios does not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly compatible with all hardware configurations.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BSR Studios be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the AnyWebWall software. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
7. User-Generated Content and `.aww` Files
Users may create or download custom `.aww` files. BSR Studios does not pre-screen or guarantee the safety of third-party `.aww` files downloaded from unverified sources. You are solely responsible for the content you apply through the engine.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
